I find her mysterious and a kind scary at the same time, because of her eye hiden by her golden hair. I find that interesting, it shows a different aspect of the character. Nice work on the jewelry, mecanical wing, lace and clothes! I find this kind of lighting also original, it's very colourful.
The only thing I think you could had improve would be the wings at the end of her hair. Personnally, I would have find it better if they would be more realistic (and it would have contrast with the mecanical stuff).
